Are these normal symptoms?

According to my LMP I'm a little over 6 weeks pregnant, i went to the doctor and they gave me a pregnancy test there, after i had two hpt with positives and they confirmed i am pregnant.
I was wondering if light cramping and mild lower back pain are normal symptoms in the first trimester, I dont have my first reg prenatal appt until i'm about 8 weeks. I'm 20 years old and this is my first pregnancy so I just want to be sure.
There is no bleeding, and no severe or constant pain. The back pain and cramping are both very mild and light and never constant. I'm just worried.

I know what you mean. And sadly, it doesn't get any better. I don't think you ever really calm down at all during pregnancy until you're holding them in your arms.

Yeah Its not so bad that i can't take it, its just uncomfortable. And what I've looked up the mild back pain isnt anything to uncommon either. I'm just worried since this is my first pregnancy.

I had it. I still have it actually and I'm 23 weeks. As long as it's not to the point were you can't take the pain, or you start to bleed as well. The cramping and pain is likely to be from your uterus stretching and expanding.
