Asking a question for my momma! Please help!

My mom had an ablation about...7 weeks ago. She has had an absolute miserable experience! First off...the ablation went fine and seems as though it did stop her from having a real period. But when they put her under for it, they tore up her throat with the anestesia tube. It looked like they jammed it in over and over again. Purple, black blood blisters were all over her throat. She couldn't eat for 4 or 5 days without having to endure a lot of pain. She had to miss a few extra days of work just because of her throat. Her throat is just now almost healed completely. Still a lil purple. About 10 days after her surgery she started getting some symptoms of a UTI, the burning, urgency, some abdominal pain. She went to her MD and was prescribed Cipro 3 day treatment. She went through that but the symptoms still persisited, just to later find out her urine culture came back NEGATIVE.

So she went to her OB for her follow up and he prescribed her 7 day macrobid. Well within 24 hours of taking it she started to feel weird, her legs were hurting her really bad and it was getting hard to breath. She complained that it felt like someone was sitting on her chest and it hurt to take deep breathes. She ended up going to the ER because my dad said it kind of sounded like an allergic reaction. Well he turned out to be right. She was put on an IV and given steriods to reduce the effects of the reaction. They gave her some morphine because she's allergic to almost every other pain med. They sent her home with 100$ of breathing treatments. I guess when they did the breath test it came out to be not even 250 when normal is 450. She was feeling better after that.. She went to the doctor again and she gave her some meds that would help with the UTI symptoms. Oh and by the way, when she went to her OB and he game her the Macrobid, she still hasn't gotten the results from THAT culture.

The pills that the MD gave her are available OTC. Theyre called Uristat. The dose our doc perscribed was stonger, but helped quite a bit. When she ran out she was experiencing the pain still! So she went to get the Uristat and now its making her feel sick, but helps with her urinary problem. She's absolutely miserable and I just can't help! I feel bad! Do you think its possible that the OB that did her ablation could have done something to her bladder? The ER doc said that it may be a viral infection or there could be inflamation. She's constanly peeing, it burns, and is uncomfortable around the clock, but doesn't have an UTI? She was told to go to the Urologist and get checked but so far none are calling her back. I have an appointment with one on the 10th for my own problems that I made 5 weeks ago! She can't wait that long for relief. I don't know what to do or what to tell her?  Any advice or comments...even support is appreciated!
