Baby Doppler

Hi,
I am almost 10 weeks and want to rent/purchase a baby doppler to hear the heart.
Here is the website where I thought to renter the doppler http://www.babybeat.com/fetal-dopplers.html

I was wondering if anyone has any advise on which one I should use? I thought about Model 150 3MHz, is that good?
I heard that cheap ones are not good so I am confused...

bought sonotrax 2.0mhz and it worked 2days after my 10th week in pregnancy.  I am happy with it and use KY jelly with it.  It was 100dollars off ebay and have been happy with it.  YOu will get used to hearing the difference between fetal heartbeat and plancental sound anyway.  It has a digital reader to tell you the HB.  I went online and studied or listened to the diffference between fetal heartbeat and plancental heartbeat.  You know the difference once you get used to it.  early stages you will pick it up just an inch about the pubic bone? or whatever bone that is lol

I bought a Sonotrax and LOVE it.  I got it at 10 weeks and have been hearing the heartbeat ever since.  I found it at facelake *******.  You can choose 2 or 3mhz.  I heard the 3 is harder to hear with than the 2.  I got the 3, but can hear fine.  Sometimes now the baby moves so much I can't register it to get a digital read out but I can hear it.  So, that is just as assuring.

I bought one off of ebay for 125 when I was pregnant called a hi bebe. It has a screen that tell you the heartbeat and it if it is picking up other sounds you'll know when it finds the heartbeat because the little heart icon lights up. Best thing I ever bought.

I wouldn't buy the bebe sounds or whatever it is called that I think ashiepooh is talking about. Its basically a stethoscope that wont allow you to hear the heartbeat until later in pregnancy. Works great when you get to that point but not in early pregnancy.

I know at babies r us, they sell them, I have bought one through them.  it was $25.99 I believe and it works wonders!!!

You can also record the heartbeat on it, I can't remember the name of it at the moment, neither can I find it since it's in a box packed up somewhere lol  but if you go to the websites and search for fetal dopplers it'll pop up with some!
