Baby Names!!!
Now that we know baby is a girl we're on a search for a name! I have a few ideas but there's one in particular I am loving the most that I want to share with you.
I found Azaria while perusing baby names but I already have a daughter with a name that starts with "A" and as stupid as it sounds I don't want all of my kids to have the same initials. So I changed the spelling to Izaria (i-zar-ee-uh). I really wanted a name with an "L", "M" or an "I" so changing the "A" for an "I" was super smart on my part, ha ha! I'm sure there's someone else out in the world with this name but it's kind of cool because I can't find Izaria in any name books or sites thus far so it's uniquely ours.
The problem is finding a middle name to go with Izaria. I really wanted to use Sue after my late mom or Ann after my sister. Izaria Sue is like trying to mix oil and water - they just don't fit. Izaria Ann is alright. Any other ideas? Maybe names with a "sue" or "ann" sound in it? Doesn't have to be exact.
For example Abigail's middle name is Lynn after her Nonna Lindee. Zoe's middle name is Beth after her aunt's middle name Elizabeth. I like to mix it up!
Maybe Anabel? Izaria Anabel? Ugh, this part is soooooo hard to me! Help!
Of course this may not be THE first name either. I haven't really talked to Daniel yet about names so he may not even like this one. Other names I like: Melanie, Meghan, Lauren, etc.

On another site, there were 8 babies names Izaria in 2008 so its very rare.

Chez - those are funny initials! I didn't think about hers. It'd be IJH so that's no fun but doesn't matter. I'm big on middle names but I think it's cool not to be, too!
i wasnt that keen on giving our baby a middle name at all, mainly because people generally never use their middle name...i only use mine on official papers and things like that. izaria jewel is cute!! better than ann or sue or anabel! my bf was adament were having a middle name, which she now has got, and all her initials are B.A.D lol

Thats funny! My hubby was the same way with all of our kids names. You know you have picked the right one when he doesn't mention it anymore! Good Luck.
My husband is a genius! I told him how much I love the name Izaria (we could call her Izzy for short) but how hard it was figuring out a middle name.
Well my sister's first name is Julie (Ann is her middle name) but we call her Jewels as a nickname. So genius hubby said, "Why not Izaria Jewel"?
Ahhhhh... we might have a name! He's not 100% on it because he's Mister Non-Committal most of the time so he needs time to sit on it. But I think that might be it!

What about using Joy as the middle name? I like the sound of that. :) names are so hard! Since her first name is so different (but oh so cute!) might be easier to go with a short/traditional middle name?!
I wish my hubby was like that, he gets too into picking out names, he picked out both names for Abby. Abby From NCIS (TV show) and Paige (my cusins middle name). my oldest I got to pick out the first name and DH picked the middle name. Kira Hope (K-ear-a some people dont know how to pronounce it.)

Funny - we wanted to name our second daughter Evangeline but went with Abigail instead! Suzanne is cute, too. I'll see what hubby says. Whenever I ask him about names he just says, "Maybe" or "I don't know"! MEN!!!

Im soooooo terrible with the baby name thing! But I havent been on in a couple weeks so I missed the news about your little girl!! Congrats Joy and I think the name you have picked out is so beautiful!
What about Suzanne? It incorporates both names and sounds good to me. Izaria Suzanne.
If I ever have a girl I like the name Freya-Mae or Maisy-Jane! There are soooooo many names and Freya and Maisy are not really common anymore!! Izaria would go well with things like Mae May Mai, and er Michelle and things like that, Izaria Lilly? Congrats :) xx
Just to be clear, When I said I hope your husband likes the name I meant I hope he likes Izaria.
Hi Joy! First of all congrats on the girl!! I really like the name Izaria! Very unique and sounds pretty, also I love the meaning of the name.
The first middle name that came to my mind was Evangeline. I Love this name and I think it sounds great with Izaria. It also has the "Ann" sound. Good luck! I hope your husband likes the name!! Congrats again!!
