Baby is already head down at 30.3 weeks... will she come early?

Hey all, I am 30.3 weeks and I had an ultrasound the other day. The sonographer said that my little girl is already head down. Does this mean she will come early? Or is it possible that she will turn and that she could be breech by the time I go into labor? Thanks.

both of my boys have been head down for the past 6 weeks....and still nada.

My son has been down since about 29 wks....i'm now 37 wks....all of my other kids were head down practically from the beginning.  It does NOT indicate that baby will come early or not.

I'm 30w2d and my son was head down at my u/s on friday. He's been head down since about 20 weeks or so. :) I'm not worried about it tho.

my baby has been head down since 26 weeks and hasnt moved. i'm now 33 weeks and 5 days. your baby will come when it's good and ready so dont worry about it.

My son was head down for my entire third trimester...he was a week late.

Our little guy has been head down since about 20 weeks, he likes to kick me in the bottom of my ribcage! There's still a ton of room to move, and he hasn't descended yet ("dropped") so who knows where he'll end up! Your baby being head down already doesn't indicate an early or pre-term labor, so no worries. :)

you cant say wether baby will come early or not. my first child (boy) was head down from very early on and he came 45 mins early. he came at 11.15pm on wednesday night but wasn't due till the thursday. i'm pregnant again and this child(girl) is head down and i'm 33weeks gone. baby will come when its good and ready so no need to panic. good luck and keep my posted on how you do.

Not necessary. she will have a lot of time to flip still.  My son was head down when Iwas 20 weeks and he pretty much stayed that way and he was born 10 days early.  My girl now is breech and I am 34 weeks so you never know.
