15 weeks with my first was when i got the butterfly flutters, then big movements around 21 weeks. 13 weeks with my second for flutters and around 19 weeks little movements. Then this pregnancy was around 12 weeks for flutters and I think around 18 weeks again for real movements.

My ex SIL never felt her baby move because her placenta was in front. Her entire pregnancy she never felt anything. Depending on where the placenta is and what direction the baby is facing (front or back) you might have movements sooner or later than the average woman.

I was 14 weeks with my dd and 13 with both my boys, the little unmistakable flutters at that stage.

I think it was also around the 17th week with my daughter. You could definately tell it was the baby, nothing is so wonderful than feeling your babys movements :-)

I was 15 weeks when I felt the first flutter. It caught me by surprise being that I was trying to go to sleep and was lying still... Now I'm 28 weeks and my baby moves ALL the time:)

I was 17 weeks or so when I felt the first the flutters. It was around 19-21 weeks when I felt full on kicks that could be seen and felt on the outside.
