Back pain
I'm 12 weeks and 2 days pregnant. For the past 2 days I've been having really painful lower back pain. I was wondering if this is normal being as early as I am. I'm a ftm so I don't know what to expect.

use a hot water bottle for back pain.. i've had it too!! as long as your not bleeding you'll be fine :) any worrys call midwife xx
I'm a first time mom as well. I'll be 18 weeks tomorrow and I have DEFINITELY been experiencing the awful lower back pains - for several weeks now. Of course every pregnancy is different, so some people might not experience it as early as us or even at all, but as long as your back pain isn't accompanied by bleeding or heavy cramping, then you're probably okay. However, if at any time the pain is too unbearable you should see your doctor. In the meantime, you can call a nurse at your clinic/hospital and consult them :0)
