Im worried about the chances of birth defects. Im 16 weeks but have not had the testing done. I've been very bad about taking my prenatals and for some silly reason Im worried. I just wonder what are the chances??
Everyone has the risk of birth defects. I opted out of all genetic testing because it was pointless for me - I was going to keep my baby regardless of what it said. Prenatal vitamins are vital so your body has what it needs. Many of your needs increase while pregnant, and few people get everything they need just from eating. Set an alarm to take them at a certain time each day. Or, you can also take them before bed each night.
