An year ago i haven't got my period i was having sex with my boyfriend for a while without a condom.But Today We Were Having sex in the middle of it I was bleeding a lot is it that i had a miscarriage Or it can be something else.

Without a confirmed pregnancy test it's impossible to say if you had a miscarriage or not. Many things can cause vaginal bleeding, and if it's heavy bleeding you need to have it checked out by a doctor. If it's lighter, it could be from irritation, infection, etc.
