Bloating at 4 weeks?

Hi! :)
I'm 21 years old, & had an IUI done.
I am only 4 weeks, 2 days, according to all of the calculations since I have only been to 1 appointment! I was wondering if really bad bloating, almost a distended stomach is normal? I honestly look like I am 4 months pregnant and I'm only 4 weeks. Is this pretty normal? I have an appt on Tuesday, but it feels like it's an eternity away! This just started happening tonight.
I have also been drinking a lot of water, and I am taking pogestrone, vaginally every night if this helps any?
Thanks in advance, everyone!

Oh thank you so much! I feel so fat I don't even know what to do haha.
That's pretty scary! Something they should tell everyone, sheesh

Bloat is completely normal, so are menstrual-like cramps, and if you have sex and spotting afterwards or even at anytime during early pregnancy is completely normal as well. I thought you should know now, I wish I did.
