Blood Clots during Pregnancy

Just wondered how common are blood clots during pregnancy and of those, how often are they the serious kind like deep vein thrombosis?  The reason I ask is, I realize our circulation isn't as good during pregnancy and we're more likely to clot, but every time I get an ache or feel tingly in my leg or have it start to go to sleep I wonder 'could it be a blood clot?'.  And I know it's crazy to worry like that.  I have a desk job so I try to make sure I get up at least once an hour or so to keep my blood flowing.

I've never heard of the risk factor being that great for clots during pregnancy..I know that after, if you've have a C-Section, the risk is there...as with any surgery.....Not sure about it being a problem actually during the pregnancy though.....
