I sleep with a sports bra, and always did throughout my pregnancy, but I didn't breastfeed much I think what causes the sagging is when your breast get so swollen and big from the milk and eventually they diflate

Yeah, try to support the weight with the stronger type of bra (more structured than you wore before pregnancy).  Your breasts will be more likely to be able to come back to normal if the skin has not been super stressed.  Mine came back a cup size bigger, but I think if I were to lose any weight (right now I'm at pre-pregnancy weight but wouldn't object to losing 5 or 10 pounds) I think they might sag a bit.  They look good now, though.  lol

There isn't much you can do it really depends on how big your boobs are. I was a B before I got pregnant now I'm a DD my mom had huge boobs though so I figured it runs in my family I can't do much. I wear sleeping bras at night so hopefully that helps in the long run. Its just part of pregnancy:(

Mine only sagged while breastfeeding.  The skin stretched from having so much milk. I have almost finished breastfeeding my son now and he is 17 months old and my boobs have bounced back :) also I always wore a thin stretchy bra to sleep in to hold in the breast pads. But I think that helped too
