Bradley method
I heard the Bradley method helps with natural birth.
I'm 34 weeks and I know it's a 12 week class so that pretty much out of the question ahaha, was wondering if any mommas know of any good Bradley method books or websites to help?

From what I've read it's a class, that helps with breathing and just keeping a positive mind ? But it's a 12 week class so I can't do it! But I know there's a book I wonder if it's even worth buying? I just really want to do it med free and I want all the info I could get on it lol
