Braxton Hicks contractions ?

Hey girls,

Most of you know Im 21Weeks today! yay. Anyways I wondering if you could help me out and tell me if these are Braxton Hicks contractions or Not. I dont feel them all the time, most of the time when I do feel them I have been at work all day and when the dr. get in for the day and I seat at my desk but have to get up and down from my chair when ever they need something.... I feel my tummy start and stay tight intill I sit down and I also feel presser and or a sharp pain in my "VV" area. Does that sound like BH or something else???

Thanks

BH will go away when you change your activity, like go from active to rest or from resting to walking...etc...also BH will just be your uterus tightening and releasing.  A real contraction will be felt in your back as well

It could be a BH contraction or it could be the baby putting pressure on a nerve. It isn't a real contraction though because if you move it goes away. As long as they aren't getting closer together, more painful and won't go away if you change positions then I would say they are most likely BH.
