Brown Stuff?

Okay ladies - need some expertise on this:  So my LMP is 7-22-08 - and AF was due to make an appearance on 8-27-08 which makes me 1 day late today.  So today I have been having these very tiny cramps (not bad or anything) down below (not lower abdomen, but lower) and pressure.  Now I am not sure if AF is on her way or what - never really get PMS symptoms ever.  I have gone to the bathroom twice now and when I wiped I got this brown stuff - I guess it was blood, but not really - looks like brown snot I guess (TMI sorry).  Is this something I should get happy about?!  Or should I get sad now because stupid AF doesn't seem to ever wanna take a vacation.  I had some symptoms a while ago - heartburn mostly - but it's been a few days since I have had any.  I don't really have any other early pregnancy symptoms other than I have noticed more veins (not just on my bbs, but my arms and upper chest as well) in lots of places.  The pressure/tiny tiny cramps are getting annoying in a way because it don't feel nice to sit down a lot lol.

What do you guys think?

Well I don't know what is going on I guess.  I had nothing for a few hours and then I wiped again after going to the bathroom and now I have more but this time its like a very dark red - probably closer to brown.  But it has been increasing a bit - started out light and now it's probably a little more closer to medium.....the odd thing is that it's not really on my pad - maybe 2 small dots on my pad but that is it.  I only see this when I wipe.  Sighs - I'm discouraged beyond belief now.  I just decided to call it my period since I'll bet it's just gonna keep on increasing.  Whatever - idk what to do anymore I thought we had this time around.

Well I'm gonna keep my promise to myself this time and gonna go buy myself some ovulation tests and see if that helps us out.  Once this bleeding decideds to stop I'll start peeing on those sticks lol.  Here we go again sighs.

I wouldn't.  I would also try BDing tonight.  If this infact AF on the way, sex normally will help me along.  Just a thought.  And if AF doesn't show up within a day or 2, I would def test.

Uhhh alrighty then - well just went to the bathroom again and it's all gone - no red blood, no brown blood - nothing at all anymore - I'm gonna hold out and see what happens later on today - but whatever it was has vanished.  Should I count this as my period?  I don't think so right?

No we didn't BD last night - but like in another post I posted I thought AF was here at 430am because when I wiped I had some red blood (small amount) and then this morning I had nothing on pad, then this morning so far all I have is small amounts of  brown when I wipe, nothing in pad or when I pee - so I don't know.  I'm gonna give it a day or so and then take my HPT I have in the house.  We shall see I guess.  Other than the brownish rust colored blood I have nothing else much going on - no cramps or anything.

I'll update when something else happens to me today I'm sure LOL.

I am going to be absolutely no help at all, sorry.  Brown blood can be a few different things.  Some people get brown blood just before their period.  Brown blood is a sign that AF is on the way.  HOWEVER brown blood is how I knew I was pregnant (or almost didnt know for another month).  I had snotty brown blood from week 5-10.  did you happen to BD last night?  It always got worse after that.  I would take the test!  Even the dollar tree one if you dont want to spend the money yet.  Good Luck to you!

i do think you could be pregnant but can't so for sure. i agree with msgorgeous, just go ahead and take a hpt bc it should show now.

well brown blood is usually old blood but it could be implantation bleeding you could take a hpt now because you said your a day late and still no af soo if you have a test i would use FMU (first morning urine) good luck i wish you the best

Well, slight update - it only happened those two times so far - and I took a shower recently and it seemed to have relieved that pressure I was feeling down there a bit.  Either I helped AF to come on her way and she will show overnight or I'm just crazy which could be possible LOL.  

I'll still looking for some advice or if anyone remembers going through this either when they were early in pregnancy or before AF appeared?  It seems as though since my m/c my body reacts so different before AF comes sometimes it freaks me out a little bit.

Oh yeah, I plan on waiting a few days - was just kinda wondering what others had to say about it, that's all.

i think u should wait a few more days to see what happens and if nothing then take a hpt
