Bumps on my face

So I woke up with all these pimples on my face. OMG its so ugly what can I do, or can I do anything at all. I haven't had pimples since middle school. OMG I'm going to cry. I mean does this go away after a while?

I agree NO sauna or steam room, just go back to your basic, simple clenser/toner and moisteriser for oily sking, its just your hormose playing havoc, and should settle down, eat plenty of fruit and vegetables and cut down on the sugary/processed foods if you can

Before going into a sauna (which is NOT allowed while pregnant) do this instead. Boil some water on a stove and take a towel and drape it over your shoulders and head. Then you put your face in the steam that comes off of the boiling water and stay that way for a few minutes. It helps to open your pores and won't raise your body temp.

Speak to your midwife before doing this but a sauner or steam room is brilliant.. an all that causes the breakout is more oils leaking out your paws then usual due to Hormons and the hot steam will cleans your paws.. or shut your bathroom Windows and door and run all your hot taps and sit on your toilet seat :) your own little steam room

I had a break out. Was vile. Looked like chicken pox lasted about 3 weeks. But warning.. do not pick at your face as my cousin had beautiful skin until having her baby an cause she picked she now has dents all over her face.

Yes it will go away. Many millions of women get acne break out while pregnant due to the change in hormones. Mine actually got better while I was pregnant and has stayed clear since I gave birth--unless I get super stressed out.

I would ask your doctor about anything you can use. Some things like plain soap and water are fine, but anything else I'd check into first. To prevent them from spreading DO NOT break them or scratch them. It will only spread it and can make it worse. I know you hate it, but it's only temporary and will get better before long.
