C section?

Ok I know theres always a chance to have a csection if baby gets stuck or other issues.  My mother told me when she had a csection she felt the dr cutting her stomach and started screaming.  They immediately put her to sleep. So im just worried to have one.  Has this ever happened to anyone else??

My first pregnancy was a twin pregnancy and it was by c section.. Due to me having preeclampsia. I was only dialate one centimeter and they had put me to sleep.. Because my pressure was so high, they did not want to cut on me, if I wouldn't have got to the hospital when I did, I could've had a seizure.. Mind you I never felt contractions, lost mucus plug a week before delivery, so this pregnancy will be all new when it comes to labor..

Im not sure. I know its not reccommended...longer recovery time. You would  have to ask. If sure if it were a scheduled csection, & noted theyd do it. But dont take my word on that as i dunno

I had an emergency csection with my daughter and still did not feel a thing (actually i think they gave me too much if anything)
but, if you think about it, how much were we able to do 10 yrs ago compared to now? Drastic change. My csection was 4.5 years ago. My mom had one 33 yrs ago with my sister & mine was horizontal & i have maybe a 3 in scar. Mom  has a vertical incision & has about a 6 in scar still. Mine is a lot less noticable.

Do not  be afraid. Everything will be ok :)

I did not feel anything except a little tugging when they pulled my son out but my lower body was numb. They give you a epidural and anesthesia so you will be fine during the procedure. It only took 10 minutes to get him out. They started at 7 and he was born at 7:10. I'm freaking out about a vaginal birth this time like you are over the c-section.
