I'm about 6 weeks along and I had my first baby when I was really young and had a csection its been 7 years so I be worried? Is there any complications that will arise?

Your body has had a lot of time to recover so you should be perfectly fine :)) I'm going on my 3rd c section my everything is going great!  If you want you can ask to have a band of you would feel better doing that

There is not a risk zero but 7 years is plenty. It has had plenty of time to heal correctly so no need to put extra worry on yourself.
