Caffeine

When is it ok to have caffeine again durning pregnancy?

A cup here and there is not going to hurt anyone. Just make sure you're drinking enough water.
I drink mine with lot of milk, try to balance it out, lol.

I drink soda, I try not to drink much tho. And they say its okay to have a cup of coffee every day, I'm not much of a coffee drinker now that I'm pregnant.

I drink 2-3 cans of soda a day but i make sure to take my vitamins, drink plenty of milk and eat healthy and my last appt was the 1st and everything was normal for me.

You can have caffeine during pregnancy but they recommend only a small amount 200-300 mg daily. Some people will say to avoid it during the first trimester because they worry about miscarriage. It is OK to have just limit it and avoid it when you can cause if you are feeling jittery with caffeine so is baby.
