I just ate whenever I was hungry. Also tried to eat as healthy as I could. I wouldn't stress too much about it. Just keep taking your vitamins. Your baby will take whatever they need! Whenever I didn't have an appetite I would try to eat peanut butter toast or eggs. Something easy to stomach but packed with nutrients.
