Also if your having palpitations that wouldn't exactly be a pregnancy sign and they should give you a ecg and scanning your heart?
Myself and a few people I know have these feelings and do look like kicks on times, I wouldn't say anything like pregnancy tbh..
Are you sure you don't think that? Your other posts (specifically the ones in the women's health forum) would suggest otherwise. I'm 100% confident you're not pregnant, as nothing adds up. You didn't have sex, you took Plan B (though it was completely unneeded) you've had regular periods every month, and this was in October. What you've described sounds identical to gastro issues. You don't get butterflies or bubbling in your stomach when pregnant. If anything, you would feel full on kicks from baby.
Iv had regualr periods and I have actually lost 2stone, I eat very healthy for the past 6months. Yeh its lyk butterflies and bubbling in my stomach. I don't think I am pregnant as it would have shown up on ultrasound whthr upper or lower.
You would know if you were pregnant. For one--you've be showing. You also wouldn't be having periods, and it's doubtful you would lose weight either. I was one who lost weight while pregnant, but I was also vomiting for 9 months as well. I would talk to another doctor, because it's crazy that he says it's pregnancy or that's what causes them. Food is the number one culprit. Poor lifestyle (large caffeine consumption, greasy foods, etc) factors into it. Stress is also a top contributor. Gastro problems can also cause similar problems.
Does it feel like butterflies in your stomach?
At this point if you were pregnant even an upper abdominal ultrasound would shows signs of a baby if not a baby itself. By the 3rd trimester the baby is up to your ribs and all organs are pushed up above it so there is no mistaking. It is most likely gas bubbles. I get them and they feel just like baby kicks.
its like muscle spasms n fluttering, it doesnt actually hurt at all, because i'v been getting them for a while I dont think it's gas, however I would be in third trimester if I was pregnant and that would show up within upper stomach iswel wouldnt it
What does it feel like exactly? Does it feel like a pulse, twitching, cramping?
he wasnt looking for a baby however he said the main reason you do get palpitations and spasms is because your pregnant thats what freaked me out thats why im a little stressed.
They would do a vaginal ultrasound first if suspected pregnancy with negative tests. Upper abdominal ultrasound would be looking at things in your upper abdominal such as your stomach.
If you were to look for a baby you'd be looking in the lower abdomen.
I remember answering your other post, but I'm curious. If your doctor sent you for an ultrasound because he suspects pregnancy, why would he have an upper abdominal ultrasound done. If you were pregnant, baby would be in your lower abdomen.
