Can i be pregnant if im on the pill but had a lighter period and pregnancy symptoms?

Hello all,
Im 21 years old and have been on the pill for a year with regular periods a day after my 1st pill free day. However the last month i have had many pregnancy symptoms such as nausea when looking at certain food, bigger breasts and nipples, montgomery`s tubcular, bloating and heartburn, headaches, constipation and wind, urinating frequently, discharge and about a week and a half ago i was spotting. My period came a day late and was very light and lasted for a day and a half. I have done 2 home pregnancy tests and they were both negative and have had a test done by the doctor which also came out negative. The doctor just said it was my hormones but ive never been like this before.I dont feel right in myself and no somethings wrong. Ive heard that the pregnancy tests can come back negative if taken too soon or that some women take longer to get a sufficient level in their urine. What can i do? I still have all the above symptoms what are the chances i could be pregnant im very confused??

I had a pill baby June 1. I had the same situation. I conceived Sept, but didn't know or have positive test until Nov. I had spotting so I thought it was my period. Low and behold, I am enjoying my 3 mo. old every day. I would wait and test once your next period should come.
