Clear Blue +/- pregnancy test..evap line or a BFP?!?!?!

My periods have been slightly off for the past few months im always on a 28 day cycle! from nov-dec my cycle was 24 days i started my af on the DEC 11th! I have had no signs of AF yet and am due no later than the 7th! I took a clearblue easy +/- test this evening and it showed a + however the line going across  was very blue and very thick and the line going up and down was very blue but pencil thin! Could this be an evap line or is it a BFP??? Im dying to know and being a testaholic want to test again but know I should wait another 2-3 days. Has anyone had this problem with clearblue?? any suggestions??

Okay. I just want to check with you to see what might have happened with the clear blue. I have gotten tricked twice now just this month by blue dye tests ! One was Cvs brand || style test and the other was Clear Blue earliest result +-. both tests that gave false positives were taken in the evening.

After the first false positive (cvs) I swear I tested 3 times a day with every pink line and digital brand on the market and got no resemblance of even a faint positive on the following early result tests- answer, first response, Weis store brand, rite aid (made by first response), clear blue digital.

take a clear blue digital test. it's the easiest and gives a "pregnant" or not pregnant result. that's how I got my BFP with mason.

I took a clear blue, i think a pic is in my profile... it was positive, confirmed by a blood test.  It ended in m/c but it was positive none the less!! Congrats :)

I have heard that there are a lot of problems with blue dye tests giving evap lines. What i would suggest is waiting 2-3 days to take another clearblue test but if u really cant wait but an early response test like First Response because they use pink dye in the tests. If u get a faint positive from that take the clearblue again then confirm in a few days with a digital! That just my suggestion hehe! keep us posted and good luck!
