Clomid side effects and Pregnancy

Hi there ,
A little brief: I took clomid(50 mg) from 5-9 days of the cycle and on 17th day of my cycle, I had a little pink discharge followed by cramps and brown bleeding/spotting for 2 days.
From my 25th day of my cycle and till now(30th day) had some brown bleeding coming out.. Worried because we did not take a test as it was not due and wanted to know what is that.
Your help is much appreciated..... I usually get my periods by 28th day. What is all about? It is a side effect of Clomid or did my peroids start? If the peroids has started why it is not bright red in color as it was used to be? AM I hurting some little thing inside? Am I ready for a test or ready to start a new cycle? Should I continue with my clomid next month too....

That happened to me my first cycle of clomid. I was lucky and was pregnant. You should def test!

I would take a pregnancy test. Clomid shouldn't cause any spotting or bleeding. Some people spot during the early stages of pregnancy. If it says negative than I would ask your dr what to count as day one of your cycle. Good luck
