Just a cup of coffee helped me go today. I haven't went in 3 days.
My doc said no softners or anythin... However peppermint tea works wonders and safe.
if you can get it into you as its taste is vile.

Lots of Apple juice and/or grape juice 100% juice its much safer and healthier for you and baby and if you drink a glass or two a day it works wonders! I'm going through the same thing
colace stool softener, milk of Magnesia, magnesium citrate, glycerin suppositories, water enemas (not mineral oil), lots of water, prune juice, white grape juice...are all things my doctor tried on me with my first pregnancy after fourteen days without a bowel movement. I literally laid in bed in pain all day. took two trips to the er that did nothing...it was horrible! call your doctor and make sure they approve all of these for you.
I was on 500mg of colace, a glycerin suppository, three doses of milk of mag everyday, mag citrate every three days, and an enema every week. I couldn't eat it was so bad...lost thirty pounds because I didn't eat for a week. I swear it was the white grape juice that finally made it all happen!
Take a suppository or enema for quick relief and then use a stool softner

No not laxatives!! Use stool softeners. They are a life saver and safe to use during pregnancy. My dr put my on a daily stool softener BC i was only going every 4 days :(
