Contractions

So lately I have had alot of questions. I am 38 wks and last night I had two (i think) real contractions. They started on my left side of my back and went down to my pelvic bone, and man did it hurt. It lasted about 20 seconds or so and this is for both times cause it happened twice. Well I guess my question is why did it only happen twice? If they were "real" contractions then shouldnt they have kept coming?

Alright great thanks guys. I was kinda leaning toward BH contractions but I hope soon! I didnt get to go into labor with my first so I am really excited about going into labor with this one, just for the experience!! :)

Yes, if they were real or it was really time, they would have continued to come.  Sounds like Braxton Hicks.  Pay attention though because you are super close!!!

As much as people say braxton hick contractions don't hurt they do!! And your pains will be getting worse as your body is getting ready it's frustrating but that's what happens good luck sweety xx
