Could I be pregnant???

Hi ppl really need some help...I havent got my period in almost 3 months i went to the doctor after missing it the first month took a urine test and it was negative. I get my period on a regular basis never been pregnant and now im having really bad cramps....the doctor said everything is fine but i find it rare that my period all of a sudden skips. Could it have been too early to tell if i was pregnant?

Thanks guys i will keep u posted...im a bit scared to be completely honest. I have all the period symptoms with no blood. I shall see the outcome thursday.

Ask your Dr for Blood tests as with those results it wont be wrong!!

Yes it could have been have you checked at home? I would ask your doc to take blood that is the only way to really know for sure.
