Could i be pregnant?

Hi,
My name is Sarah.
I think i might be pregnant.
This is why. I was put on the birth control shot DEPO six day's ago well stupid me has unprotected sex three day's after getting the shot and he ejaculated inside of my vagina. Could I be pregnant?
Im worried that it was to soon to do that so could i be pregnant i need an anwser soon please.

next week would be when you need to take the test.  Aprox 2 weeks after the sexual intercourse.

well i should have my period this month if i wouldnt have taken the depo shot.
my last period was last month so when should i take a pregnancy next month or next week or what

Yeah but for you to wait that long to take a pregnancy test wouldn't make sence so you should take the test when you would normally get your period if you had not taken the depo aprox. 2 weeks after sex.....

but im on depo so ill have my period january 1st you get a shot every 3 months from the day you first got it

Ok so you had your period and then 15 to 18 days later you had the shot and 3 days later you had unprotected sex.  OK so that would have put you anywhere from cycle day 18 to 21 which if you have a short luteal phase (meaning part of your cycle after ovulation)  it could mean you very well could have gotten pregnant.  But it you have a normal luteal phase 14 days then  I would say you are ok and at your age you probably do.  But I would just wait until you would normally expect your period (28 days after your last one) and take a test it should be accurate by then.  When it that going to be?

when i was on my period they lasted usually 5 to 8 days
and i had a period every 28 days

The shot shouldn't mess up the answers to the test but how long were your menstral cycles before you got the shot?

Well on DEPO you only have your period 4 times a year thats what im worried about because my next period if i turn out to not be pregnant is the first of january since on depo you only have your period every 3 months so im really nervous but if i am i no i will be a good mother and my boyfriend would be a great dad IM JUST REALLY YOUNG AND REALLY SCARED i really need as much advice as yall can give me
my boyfriend is going to buy a pregnancy test for me im going to take it next week but i dont no if it'll turn out accurate since i was put on the shot and all that but can any one give me some information such as how many weeks before someone pregnant gets morning sickness that would be another big  sign for me i dont no anything about pregnancy at all.

I'm saying the odds could be good that you might be pregnant.  How long are your normal cycles?  28 days?  You usally Ovulate 14 days before your next expected period when would that be?

You could be pregnant, but I have no idea. Time will tell. I dont know anything about the depo shot except it can make you feel crappy a lot of the time. Im guessing that since you got the shot, that you dont want to be pregnant. Good luck, I hope everything works out for you

That being the case you could be pregnant,after 13 days its adviced to use other form of protection also..

You should wait 1 month for the BD to take full effect what cycle day were you on when this happend?

womans health issues site.......The affect of the hormone starts as soon as you take an injection and if you are regular in your menstrual cycle, the chances of getting pregnant are very rare. i was reading this earliar,hope it helps.

Tender breast, sleeping alot but i mean i was given the shot 6 days ago i no thats soon but i had sex with my boyfriend 2 days after it is there a possibilty that the birth control didnt kick in yet
