Could it be a cyst?

I am 20 and I am over 3 weeks late. MLP was July 22nd and i know i ovulated in august(i had unprotected sex with my husband the day before ovulation).I did have spotting but only when i wiped on the 13th and 14th of Aug. only like 4 times and it was light pink to light brown mixed with clear discharge. I have taken 4 hpt's since my missed period which all were negative. i have only been late in the past when i was pregnant.I have had 3 pregnancies but only one carried to full term. My periods have always been regular even after i gave birth to my daughter. So my question is if im not pregnant is it possible a cyst could be causing me to miss my period? Let me also state that i had surgery in may of this year to remove multiple cysts from my left ovary.

if you need to know of any symptoms i have had here they are:
nauseated( but honestly ive had this since i was pregnant with my daughter and it never went away)
hurt breasts( how it feels when a nursing mother needs to express her milk)
lower back pain
cramping

again my question: If im not pregnant is it possible that a cyst could be causing me to miss my period this soon after having multiple cysts removed from my ovary?
