Hi I did a preg test on sat and it said pos, then started bleeding, i went to my doc he did an internal and said my cervex is still closed which could mean that i have not yet miscarried, BUT today i went for a scan to see and they said they can not see could it be to early to show and if i did miscarry why would my cervex still be swollen and my tummy look swollen, could i still be pregant. My last period was on the 1st of july missed it on the 28. this would be my 3rd preganancy....Any feedback would be good.

Cramping can be a sign of pregnancy. It can also be an indicator of PMS. Don't read into symptoms. They're a poor judge when tryin to determine if you are pregnant as they can mimic other things or be created. Especially if you want to be pregnant. The only thing you can do is see a doctor and ask for a blood test to check your hCG levels or to keep taking pregnancy tests.

Cramps are normal during pregnancy. Best thing to do is to go to the doctor and request a blood test so if you are pregnant you can find out for sure and get on prenatals.
