Cravings

HI again..
so im am one who will constantly worry about what i can and cant eat during pregnancy, however lately, i have found myself not eating every healthly, and all im wanting is chocolate, chips, and coke, just to narrow it down.
i am taking pregnancy pills (Blackmores Pregnancy Gold- if anyone is familiar). but im am starting to worry as my boyfriend has told me hes not happy with how i am eating,
exacly what should i be eating as snacks or things i should be having constantly (everyday)?
Thanks xx

Hi Renee
Don't worry your not alone. I am also on Blackmores Pregnancy Gold. But just don't rely on them for your vitamin intake. Have nice leafy veggies and nice red meat, stay away from Deli meats, raw and undercooked meats, raw eggs etc. as they can have the Listeria bacteria. Try and stay away from caffeine. You can have chocolate, but in moderation ( I love chocolate!) eat a lot of fruit, and if you are after a sugary snack, have some juice. Nuts are good for snacking. Have plenty of water, even tho you might already be running to the toilet 200 times more then usual lol.
