Curious what DPO did you get your BFP and what test did you use?
Ok so I"m completely addicted to Peeonastick.com, lol and I took a CBdigital last night and BFN, took one this AM BFN, and took a $$ store this afternoon BFN . If I conceived it would've been about 3 or 4 days ago, lol. but could be as late as today.......I'm gonna test Friday morning, and then again next monday and the following wednesday...if AF doesn't show. AF should show next monday.
I'm just testing to pass the time and keep my crazy brain busy. I showed DH the Pink babydust posts from my friends and he just grinned. he's afraid of what ppl will say if we choose to TTC so I told him that while we will prevent (some) we won't tell ppl when we get preggo (other than you all!) until 8-12w.
and we'll say it was a happy suprise. He's afraid of backlash from ppl who don't understand our reasoning and choices. We talked today and I told him it was NOT fair that he makes comments about baby girl dresses being cute, and asking TJ if he wants a baby sis then telling me we need to prevent......he just smiled. I"m pretty sure he's about come around he's just not willing to actually SAY it.
9DPO with CVS Digital (with reusable reader and disposable strips) with this preg..confirmed with Target blue-dye generic at 12DPO clear BFP. (the CVS digital is one of the few whose internalized strips does not read LH surge which is why I bought that particular one..the reader said not preg but the strip showed two lines and...30+wks later...clearly accurate LOL).
10DPO with daughter..Walgreens pink-dye generic, confirmed 13DPO with ClearBlue Digital.
I got a clear "pregnant" with ClearBlue Digital at 14dpo when I miscarried in 2007.
10 dpo superfaint on earlypregnancytests.com strips I wasn't convinced enough to actually call it a positive and 11 dpo with fmu got a very + bfp right away with frer, I'm sure the frer would have been a good solid positive at 10 dpo as well.
On my previous pregnancies I waited till after my period didn't show. But as I am trying to concieve now I did a First Response Pregnance Test yesterday at 10DPO & it was negative. I think I am going to do another test tomorrow morning.
Mine was a collection from my HPT graveyard. All the random tests in my drawer. A Target brand HPT, Answer, and Equate all gave me a light positive on 11dpo. I wasn't convinced and took a CB Digital the next morning and got the word.
I did IVF this time and I had a three day transfer on November 4th. - I went to my family dr on November 10th which would have been 10dpo and had a blood test and urine test both were negative (the blood was the yes/no kind not the hcg level one). I took a hpt on the 13th - and it was positive... same with the 14th and 15th - got my hcg level done on the 16th and it was around 86....
We weren't trying for our first son, so I didn't test until I was 2 weeks late for AF (can you say.....clueless??? LOL) With our second son, I waited until 2 days after AF was due - by then, I was starting to have a bit of nausea, which was a tip off....but I hadn't had any symptoms before then. I used a regular store brand.
I know it's hard, but try not to worry so much about what people might say. This is YOUR life and YOUR family - no one else can claim to know what is best for YOU. Good luck, whatever the outcome this month! :-)
limonada~ I dont worry about it cause it IS my life but apparently when we chose to go for #2 close to age with TJ he got a bunch of crap at work from co workers, AND my mom got all pissed about it saying we only TTC because we thought TJ was gonna die.
I've already brought it up to my mom and dad (he lives in Ark) that we might have #3 soon. I told them we're preventing, but it has a high fail rate and we're fine if it fails. They didn't say too much. my dad only asked what we'd do if #3 were a boy. I said I'd probably cry but try again in 5 years for a girl. I do NOT think I could handle 4 under 5....my mom just asked me to tell her if we did conceive because she thought it would be messed up if we waited months to tell her.
You can have all of my pink baby dust because I want a boy!!! I used the FRER Rapid Result I think it was the one with the gold packaging, I thought it was odd because I wasn't used to FRER having gold on it. But it was the two line test.
I'm not too sure how far past I was. I have really irregular periods, and just tested when my fiance bought me the test. Lol. I used EPT and a clearblue digital when I wanted to see words and got positives on all of them.
AFM~ I've been SO bloaty all day and my boobs are hurting also. I'm gonna get a thermometer tomorrow to check my temps to see if it's high. Oh... and my boobs hurt some which is definitely not one of my normal PMS symptoms as a matter of fact with Mason I didn't get sore bb's until around 8-10w.... thinking pink.
I got brave today and showed him all of your responses to my baby questions or posts.... :) he smiled and that was about it.
Hello I took another First Response Pregnancy Test this morning & it was negative again. I am 12 DPO at the min. I really hope I don't get my period Friday. I feel abit bloated though so signs arn't good :-(
Technically I'm not supposed to get AF until monday or tuesday, lol. :) I've been taking $$ tests each morning, but from experience know that it took a week after my initial BFP to show up on those type of tests, they've never been reliable for me, only the digital or EPT brands have been but those are too pricy to be taking every day.
