Diarrhea...sorry TMI

OMG!!! I know it's common to be constipated in early pregnancy, and I don't remember how I was with Elijah, but I have had the world's worst diarrhea today, I feel like my intestines are going to fall out!!! Anyone know what I can do to help the situation? Whether I should eat something to help, or avoid something, I of course will NOT be taking any medication for it. I'm a big don't take medication person when it comes to pregnancy, I'll rarely take tylenol.

Thanks! Like I said I don't remember much of the beginning stages of pregnancy, it's been more than two years since I got pregnant the first time.

Just keep hydrated - I do not think there is anything that can really be done... just try to drink as much water as you can.. feel better!
