Digital test

Has anybody gotten a false positive on a digital pregnancy test?  I took one Sunday night and got a Very clear "Pregnant" then next morning took another test out of same box and got a Negative.  A day later went to get blood test and it was Negative? Benn TTC for three years almost, AND THIS WAS A CRUEL JOKE....I DON'T TRUST DIGITAL ANYMORE..

I just took the digital test......"Pregnant"  I cant stop crying after three years of trying...I am so happy!

Totally agree with the digital.no guessing there.you have ovulated bit later.ive also been on clomid.and got alot of pregnancy symptoms.but nada.sounds promising for you though.

If you want peace of mind use a Clear Blue Digital. I got a PREGNANT result and my HCG levels were 27

I called the doctor and he said that 2 positives means i am He made me an appointment Tuesday for prenatal care an ultrasound and a blood test to confirm..

I used the cheap $1.00 baby test from dollar general.  They have always been accurate for me.

I am 5 days late for AF.. I researched it online and the doller tree ones are just as accurate as all the others. but i will take a first response to confirm it ..thanks

Its possible you are,but you need to wait at least a week,dont buy the cheap rubbish none for evap lines,digital are the best.or first reponse detect as early as 5 days before your period.

I took a doller tree test yesterday and it was a faint positive.. then took one again this morning and it is another faint positive but a little darker...should i wait a few days and take a first response?  Could i be pregnant? Or by some sick luck i got another false positive?  Ahhh..

wow 6dpo and positive test,that is early.this is the problem when we test so early.somtimes our bodys do actually concieve before our period,but for whatever reason.the pregnancy dont substain.then our period will arrive.I infact had that in my last pregnancy,used the clearblue digital 1 day would get positive, next negative. then positive again.had my blood done 2 days after period was due but extremly low Hcg,just didnt materilize.its very common,which is why doctors always want to wait until your late.it is scarey after 3 years,we have been trying for 8 years,many losses,now im 16 weeks.definately try again,when your period is due.if your not,dont give up.it will happen.

I have been trying for three years and i am scared to take another test i don't want the disappointment again. also i didn't say in last post I am on clomid 5-9 and O on cycle day 10 but i was only 6 dpo when i got bfp...now i am 11 dpo.
I will wait another week and test just to be sure...

I would re-test in a few days with First Response. It could be that your HCG levels are not high enough for the doctor to consider you pregnant. Sometimes they can be pretty intense about that and won't say, "positive" until the HCG reaches a certain limit.

Ive never heard of that happening before - Im sorry to hear this.  Did your doctor tell you what your HCG levels or just that the result was "negative"?  Did you start bleeding?
