Is there any way to help your body dilate. I'm having trouble dilating. And it might cause me to have a c-section.

Use primrose oil I heard it helps soften the cervix for dilation and effacement . I'm 37 weeks and 6 days and I been taking them for 2 weeks orally and vaginally and my baby has already dropped
