Dizziness @ 33 weeks!!! HELP

Question

Ladies I need your help! I am currently 33 weeks pregnant and for the last few days I have been very very dizzy and feel as though I am going to pass oout most of the day! What do you think could be causing this!? I dont remember feeling this way with my first pregnancy! Also I have this awful pain in my upper ribcage... It is almost like a stabbing pain... Any ideas what this could be and could it be serious?

I will def check! It concerns me because when I get up quickly I not only feel dizzy but also I feel like my heart skips a beat... I have worn a holter monitor and had a echo so I know my heart is fine but it scares me!!!!

Doesn't sound like it, lol. I had anemia while pregnant as well and I know would make me super sleepy and dizzy. I would ask them to recheck your levels just to make sure. If they were a little low then they might have dropped since then. Make sure when you stand and everything you get up slowly so you don't faint or fall over.

Ketona: I was tested at 28 weeks and the levels were a little low but he said pretty normal. 
Clysta: I drink a lot of fluids so I dont think hydration is a huge problem!

I had anemia during pregnancy and would get dizzy spells at the end. I also got a stabbing kinda a pain my rib from the baby pushing against it. But because its better to be safe than sorry I would go to the doctor or call the nurse on call.

Have you been keeping yourself well hydrated? I would call and speak to your doctor about it, and get looked at. I have no idea about the stabbing pain other than pockets of air/baby pushing on you.

has your doc checked to see if your animic? i just found out i was right before i had this baby...same symtoms as you...besides for the stabbing pain.
