Do I need to be concerned?

I had a BFP on Monday and Tuesday and conformation from the doc on Tuesday afternoon. Still waiting on some blood tests but my concern is with the expectation of AF. I was due to get AF this weekend (Fri/Sat). Can someone inform me the chances of having a chemical pregnancy. I am so excited that I got a BFP but now I'm sooo worried.

So i just got a call from my doctor's office ... they won't have the tests results in until tomorrow .... arghhhh i'm so frustrated.

I live in Canada and we have a totally different system here. But they still arn't sure why I haven't had results back.

The doctor called in and added the HCG test on to the others tests that they ran. The nurse said she had to send the blood to Vancouver so I'm wondering if it was sent out before they got the chance to run the HCG test. ?!?!

I always got my results the next day... do they send the blood off to another town/state? You should go to a LabOne (I think they changed their name, but I don't remember what the new name is) because you might get results faster.

Not long, 1 month actually :) I don't like saying that cause I have friends who have been trying a lot longer and I really do feel bad for them.

I know I shouldn't worry but I can't help it.
What would be considered a good blood test? I had mine taken at 3 weeks 3 days... the results have yet to reach my doctor's office and they are looking into finding them.

One in 4 pregnancies ends in miscarriage, but you really shouldn't worry. Just relax and wait to hear about your blood test. If your blood tests come back good, the possibility of miscarrying drops to somewhere around 5%.

I think being on this forum, with so many people writing about their losses, just makes you paranoid, scared, worried... Please try not to be!!!
