Does Fenugreek help with breast milk ?

Have you tried Fenugreek pills? Do they help? Where did you buy them?
I breastfeed a little with my daughter but once my milk slowed down I gave up. With my son I am determined to stay with it. My milk hasn't came in yet but I have been putting him on each boobie every other feeding . he latches on great I'm just waiting on my milk to come in fully :( I've been eating alot drinking water even tried mothers milk tea which is soooo GROSS but I'm trying lol.

I had a mothers breastfeeding tea and the first ingredient was fenugreek, seriously amazing stuff. I made so much milk I was able to donate, good luck!

Honestly, just nurse regularly and you shouldn't need anything to help with milk.  Each time is different.  My first son wasn't the greatest breast feeder so I supplemented and gave up breast feeding at 5 months.  My second son was a champ.  I produced more than enough milk for him and he nursed so long I had to cut him off.  :>)))
