Thanks everyone!
Idk why I'm shocked, I didnt have many symptoms with my daughter who will be 3 in March. I didn't really think I was pregnant until I heard her heartbeat. Guess I'm just nervous cuz I miscarried in October 2010.

I didn't get symptoms w/ my son until after 8 weeks, then I got occasional nausea/vomiting but mostly sore boobs and heartburn really bad.  With my daughter, who I am 18 weeks pregnant with, I was nauseated from before I took the pregnancy test until about week 13-14 and vomited a lot.  Now I feel normal for the most part, occasional sore boobs but that's about it.  Pregnancies are different for everyone, so don't expect symptoms right away...and some days during your pregnancy you won't have any symptoms at all, but that's normal! :-)  Good luck!

Most symptoms don't hit until after 6 weeks. Think of it as the calm before the storm.
