We don't deliver babies! We're a crisis pregnancy center (like a pro-life version of Planned Parenthood, except we do not do any clinical procedures other than preg. tests). The following information is what I keep finding about it on the Net:
The effects of Plavix during pregnancy have not been adequately studied. If you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant, inform your doctor immediately. Use Plavix during pregnancy only if absolutely necessary. Do not breastfeed while taking Plavix, since the drug may appear in breast milk.
Hopefully someone else here will have more information for you!!!
thank you, I am just so scared. The pregnancy center you work at, has anyone been on plavix and delivered a baby there?
It is possible for the baby to be in a position where a tech cannot see clearly. Just see what happens at the follow-up ultrasound! Hopefully everything will be just fine.
