Earlier Ovulation?!

Hi All,

Well from previous posts most of you should know that i am still ttc on month 4.

I have been keeping tracks of my cycles, which were 24, 26, 26, 28.

Last month i used an OPK and i got a positive on it on CD15 so i suspected i ovulated on CD16. My luteal phase was 12 days.

This month i am not using anything, i figured that if it is supposed to happen it will, but am going to BD alot around the same CD as last month that i was ovulating.

However, i am currently on CD13 and have had pain in my right lower abdomen since yesterday (CD12). It is still here today and is constant. Not too painful but more painful today than yesterday.

Would this be ovulation? I did have a bit of pain last month around ovulation but only had it for 1 day whereas this month i am on day 2 of pain. Its not like AF pain but more like a minor little cramp and constant.

Can anyone tell me if this would be ovulation? I am not sure as last month i ovulated arounf CD16 and i am only on CD13 at the moment so maybe im ovulating early? As you can see above my previous cycles arent exactly the same (but pretty close) so if i were to have a 28 day cycle this month i would be around the time of ovulating (as they suspect on the computer/net).

Can anyone tell me? Just curious thats all.

Thankyou!

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

Yes ever since coming off the pill i have been getting this pain, and as each month goes on (now on month 4 of TTC) the pain gets worse each time i ovulate.

This month i am not using an OPK as figured if i dont try too hard it might just happen.

Im sorry to hear about your m/c, i really hope that the next time you get pregnant it all goes well for you xxxx

Wish me luck this month ladies.

The pain has stopped today, so my guess is that i ovulated yesterday (as had so much lower abdominal pain).

I really hope i get my BFP this month, but if not, try again.

Wish me luck xxxx

Hi I started using the kits for 2 months then I stopped cause I was gettin pain when I was due to ovulate as you have described!  I stopped using the kits and that month caught pregnant, which sadly ended in m/c at 9 weeks,
Best of luck X

It is very possible. It is also possible to ovulate twice in one cycle.

I have a 23-26 day cycle, and I usually ovulate around cycle day 9.

It does vary, and the variation seems more common in women with longer cycles (more room for variation)

Why don't you try using ovulation tests to see if you are right?
