Early failure rate of vasectomy?

Condom broke, vasectomy was just over two weeks ago, haven't had follow up with doctor yet. Should I be concerned about possible pregnancy?

It takes 6 weeks before there is no viable sperm, so yes there is a big chance of pregnancy still

To be perfectly blunt....yes. From what I understand, the sperm count and viability can remain for up to a month ( I believe) after a vasectomy.

Only thing to do would be to get an immediate test of his sperm...as in today...so if he does still have live sperm you can take the appropriate steps (Plan B) to make sure an unintended pregnancy doesn't occur. Or take Plan B anyway, since you guys are obviously serious about not wanting a child right now.
