Evening Primrose oil?
So my dr has me on primrose oil to jump start labor. Im 38 weeks and 1 day. How many of you have tried it and had it help?
Yea he said it was for thining out faster but also the thining out faster helps with going into labor sooner
I took it with my first. from my understanding it doesn't jump start labor but it help your cervix soften so you can dialate more quickly and have a faster labor, I also paired mine with red raspberry leaf tea, my labor was only 7 hours I swear by the stuff
