Excercise after miscarriages

I am 22 and so far have had 2 miscarriages. I am pregnant now but only 6 weeks. I am wondering if there are any excercises that I can do that are extremely safe. I am terrified of having another miscarriage but I don't want to get unhealthy either. Any ideas?

Swimming is good so long as you not diving, walking, lift weights (obviously not really heavy ones).
