Calf pain occurs when the body produce a waste material called lactic acid which add to soreness and reduces performance of muscles. Also muscular vibration which leads to fatigue decreases performance levels. That is why you feel pain in your calf. The most common symptoms of calf strain include swelling, pain and bruising. So if you want to overcome this pain you must wear best calf compression sleeves which will help in recovery of present injury faster.

It's very normal to have! I was really worried when I first started getting them. I had them up until about 28 weeks and now I don't get them anymore.

I get calf cramps pretty bad. I had to learn how to stretch my legs different. If i point my toes I get a cramp really bad. I have to wrap a heating pad on it and have my husband massage it out

yes! I am 23 weeks today, and a few nights ago I had to soak in a bath of Epson salt to ease the pain. I have talked to my doctor and he said this could generally be from a lack of iron
