So I was wondering what exercises all of you guys are doing I have been walking for about 20-30 minutes a day but was wondering if there is anything else that I could do because walking gets kind of boring for me haha
On the weekends i hikes litterally friday, saturday, Sunday with my son and husband. Other than that if i get a burst if energy I walk a mile, planks, standing crunches, leg raises, and do a few things I found online. I searched up safe exercises and safe ab excersis. Yoga and streching is also really good.
