Well I exercised throught out my first pregnancy and infact it was very helpful when it came time to deliver. I was in very good shape and I bouced back pretty quick! I would suggest it to anyone! Well justas long as your not bleeding and all that. Good luck to you ladies!!
I am in the same boat - m/c march 2nd at 5 weeks, next period on april 4th started excercising about 1 week ago - i thing its better to start exercising before you are preggo so your body is used to it so that you can continue to exercise through out your pregnancy.
