I was just wondering the same thing!  I'm about ten weeks behind you though, are the exercise balls good tools for pregnant women?  Sorry to ask you a question in the middle of your question.  This is my first pregnancy and I'm so afraid of hurting the baby!

I honestly don't know of any. Pre-pregnancy I used it a lot, but I know we're not supposed to bend backwards or turn sideways much, so that cuts out sit ups and side curls. Also not supposed to put pressure on our bellies, so that cuts out every other ball exercise I can think of. Maybe do a google search on this one?  I still sit on mine a lot, not an official exercise but stabilizing yourself on your ball is still good for your core. Easier on my back than chairs too.
