You have to know your body i am 26 weeks with my son and still have some sickness but I just rest and drink fluids no water my Dr told me that its not good to drink water when your sick because there is nothing on it to help calm your stomach....hope this helps
i used wrist pressure bands that i got at the pharmacy. they are used for car sickness.
also, its best if you eat small meals, or at least have something to eat every two hours. like have four crackers with cheese, or a fruit after lunch. like, don't eat all your lunch, save some for 'second lunch' i ate like a diabetic and it helped me. i always called it 'second breakfast, second lunch and second supper'
oh, and i have heard that b6 (do take as a complex though please) will help with nausea. but when you come off it slowly take yourself down in dosages. so like if you take a b50 and you feel better take a b 25 for a bit and then a b10 (if you can find those, ask if you can cut the vitamin in half perhaps) but i have heard it helps with nausea...i'm taking it to lengthen my luteal phase and it has worked so far.
hope you are feeling better soon.
Preggie pops did wonders for me.!!(: and if you don't like the sucker flavors, they have drops too. I switched to those. They're so tummy and good for you.
Talk to your doctor about a prescription to help. Also, it may help to keep something in your stomach at all times. Eat small meals and keep crackers with you to munch on between means. Drink Ginger ale when your stomach feels upset and keep plenty of fluids in your body.
You can try crackers, sprite, ginger ale, mints (the starlight kind helped me), lemon juice helped me for some reason, or just anything sour.
Toys r us has "preggie pops" that are made to help with nausea. Just keep drinking tons of water!
