Faint positve on 1st day of missed period
Yesterday i took a pregnancy test and it was a faint positive i took another one first thing this morning and the same faint positive im happy and scared @ the same time i have had 3 miscarriges in the past year with one i had a faint + which i had low hcg thats why it was so light so im scared i have two healthy little girls which i had no problems in either pregnancy so it so hard to understand why it is so hard for me to go full term now, but im hoping the reason its so light is because i took the test early. My last m/c was early march so im guessing its not the hcg from then.We started trying again on May 12th could it show up that soon? Any comments will be aprieciated you guys really helped me get through my last m/c just by having someone to listen.
Thanx u guys i feel better, i tried to make an appointment today but they kept me on hold so long i will call tomorrow to make one , since i have had so many m/c latley i hope they keep a close eye on everything cause if not i will have to get a new dr. they are kinda laid back. Elixis i hope everything goes well tomorrow keep us posted and Thanx again and i will keep u guys posted im really hoping this could be my little boy (fingers crossed).
On ANY pregnancy test a Positive is still a positive No matter how strong or faint it is. So I would book a GP appointment asap. and have blood work done. as these can give you a better result. But you got a postive test, soo you are pregnant. Because its very rare to get a false Positive.

I got negitive the day after my MP and then retested 3 days later again Neg. Then 7 days after my MP I got a faint pos. the next morning again faint. So I got a digital clearblue and it said pregnant. I even got a faint line 10 days after my MP at the dr's.
So either I was very low in HCG or implanted a few days later. I donno.
But im 11 weeks now going for my first U/S tommorow!!
I say go to your dr and if he gets a faint readout he will send you to get a beta like i did.
My 2 betas showed a good HcG number. So don't worry.

My positive was super faint as well, so I ran to the store and got a digital test which said pregnant :D
It was so faint that I could barely see it, but the digital e.p.t. was great! It would just tell you the results instead of you trying to see a line show up.

It's probably just faint because your HCG levels are low right now since it's only your first day of your missed period which is expected. I would call your OB doctor right away and let them know because with your past history they may want to watch your HGC levels and your progesterone levels closely esp early on. Congratulations and hope you have a happy and healthy pregnancy.
